The place looks pretty organized for what I imagined. The treatment of all the staff was pleasant and friendly, very attentive. You can find all kinds of things, and yes, a few treasures if you have the patience and time to search. I am very satisfied with my visit, I will definitely return. For those who dare to have the outlet experience, the recommendation is to bring your gloves and reusable bags, to store what you buy.

A little dirty and crowded but if you want to buy a lot of things for prices by the pound then go for it. I love it. Great deals on many things. Here are some pictures of just a few of the things I was able to purchase the day I went. You just have to dig in the bins and really look hard, and you, too, will find nice things. Just plan on taking it home and cleaning it well before use. Unless its new items, which they have plenty of also. Plan to make a day of it. Monday is the best day to go I have found. Have fun!
Don't gamble away $ at bars, do this instead. Considering all the beautiful things I get to wear & have around my home (but could never have paid retail prices for), I give GWB 5 stars. Divas should not be shopping here. Yes, grimey bins and unsavories are part of the millieu, but for those humble enough to plug your nose and dive in, you may find fine art, designer clothing, unique rare treasure... or whatever. It's fun & earth friendly , try it!

OMG I love the drive up donation setup with the carts upfront! The process is fast and easy. All you have to do is drive up and a employee brings you a cart. Then you load all your donation inside the cart and ask for a donation slip if you want one. That is it. I believe you have to unload because the employees do NOT assist. However you are completed in less than 5 minutes.
Absolutely stellar customer service from their e-commerce team! I recently made several purchases from this location online. There was an issue with the website miscalculating the shipping and not combining the orders. Tatiana and her supervisor were incredibly helpful! Tatiana took the time to understand what I was asking, gave me options for solutions, and took my concerns very seriously all while remaining calm, and gentle in her tone. 10/10 would hire her myself in a heartbeat!

I like the concept of this place, everything is by weight, foe the most part its worth it. You have to dig through bins carefully, I reccomend bringing gloves. When staff bringing out new bins to the floor, customers have to wait until all bins are in place before starting to dig through the new stuff. Definitely found some good finds for the kids. Keep stuff out of the dump, wish we had this in Canada (BC). Great way to recycle used items.

Good-to-great stuff for only pennies. You don't always get what you want, but you do want what you get. From clothes to electronics to furniture to knick knacks of every sort, you just have to dig for it. I've seen one of everything you can imagine in this store, and so has everybody else. Many shop just to resell and profit. It's better than Wallyworld, in my opinion, if you can do used. I call it the happiest place in Medford 🙂
