The best bins location I have ever shopped at. I love all the employees they’re so nice. Also, you can find so much great stuff here. They do rotations like every 15 to 20 minutes. Can’t say enough about this Goodwill location. Been shopping here for years.

We went here after work with my boyfriend up from the airport and it was crazy. I've been to lots of Goodwill outlets and this one was insane. People were camping out on the sides and staying there all day to get all the good stuff for each time they bring the bins out. When they brought all the new bins out everyone was like on top of the bins and it was so loud you could hear like so much glass getting broken stuff. It was crazy. I got a cute pair of white overalls and we got some other stuff but I can't remember what now. We sell a probably pirated copy VHS of honey I shrunk the kids so that was funny. There was a lot of broken glass and some of the bins which worries me about kids or people who aren't paying attention reaching their hands and looking for goods and coming out with one less finger. Cool place though, personally I love Goodwill outlets so my favorite place to shop and get clothes because it is so cheap.

Really great bins location. It’s a lot calmer than the south one so if you’re not into the crazy amount of people, you can come here. Although you won’t find as good stuff as the south location in my opinion. All the employees are super nice. There are usually carts here as well. Love both the bins in Austin. Been shopping here for years.

Great place if you like to dig for treasures in the bins! I can easily spend 4 hours in here and feel like I've been there for 1 hour. You will find something for everyone. Books, jewelry, dishes, blankets and sheets, car mats and wiper blades, shoes, jackets, furniture, well you get the idea, I won't list anymore lol but the list goes on and on.

This place is wild. The check-out line was so long I didn't even shop. It is designed for people buying in bulk, such as for resale. I stopped in for 5 minutes and realized it wouldn't be worth standing in line just to buy a few things. The employee I talked to was very nice. The store is constantly swapping out the blue bins to bring new merchandise to the floor. They should have a Netflix documentary about this place and the people that shop here.

I have now been coming to this clearance bins location for close to a year now. I have been to almost all of them in Texas except Houston. From what I have seen this location is run smoothly. Most of the staff is very friendly, the weekly or daily customers know the rules and follow them, so even outsiders won’t feel overwhelmed or afraid to return. Gloves are required! I have never not found something worth picking up, and I have noticed they have started carrying more clothes and glassware.

Tons of unique items that you must dig out of large bins. You must wear gloves. The cost is by the pound. About 89 cents a pound. No one under 15 allowed.

This definitely wasn't the type of goodwill I was expecting when I walked in. Seems like every 20 minutes they wheel out 10 new bins with items for people to look through. It's priced per weight, which is $2.59 per pound for clothes, while items are priced differently.

I've been to so many Goodwill stores I've lost count but this is the only one that I felt compelled to leave feedback for thanks to the help and organization of their Manager, Monique Robertson. She greets everyone and makes sure the store runs well. They have bins moved out every 20-30 minutes and you can tell she loves her job. She's a gem, and her employees have good attitudes as well and I think it's a reflection of how she runs thing there.

The Goodwill Outlet Store is the final stop for merchandise that doesn't sell at regular Goodwill locations. I visited on a Monday afternoon around 3:00, and the place was pure chaos. Clothing is tossed into large bins, with about 100 people all rummaging through at once. If you have a big family, a tight budget, and plenty of patience, this is a fantastic spot to find bargains.

The Goodwill Outlet Store is where unsold merchandise from Goodwill Select Stores ends up. I visited at 3:00 on a Monday afternoon, and it was chaotic. Clothing is piled into large bins, with around 100 people sifting through at once. If you have a big family, are on a budget, and don’t mind a bit of patience, this is a great place to score some bargains.

FYI - if your purse, wallet, phone or car is stolen or broken into they CAN NOT help you. Not even with providing you info on the camera footage of what might have happened. The only option is to call the police, but ofcourse they don't do anything besides create a report.

Super nice resale store. It’s very clean and well organized. I both donate and shop here. It’s a very large location with a big selection including furniture and some small appliances. Customer service seems to be friendly, but I have not had too much interaction other than the cashiers.

First: it's sad that there are so many negative reviews from people who don't understand the concept of a Goodwill Outlet location AKA "The Bins." Yes, everything is thrown into bins -- you pay BY THE POUND. Whether you find Wal-Mart shirts or Chanel, the cost is exactly the same. This is an excellent Goodwill location to shop at. I will admit that if you are not used to bin shopping, then at first glance they may seem kinda intimidating, cluttered, or full of mostly junk... but I guarantee that if you dig in a bit (or wait until new bins are brought out) you will find some truly unbelievable deals every now and then. You can not beat the by-weight pricing at less than $2/lb for most items; heavier items get single-priced out between $5-10 typically. Most of what I own now has originated from this Goodwill in particular. You can find a variety of new & old things... everything from electronics, house decor, clothing, vintage goods, musical equipment, items for projects, outdoor equipment, tools, etc. Great store & friendly friendly staff & courteous shoppers!
